Preface to Version 2.01

Whew! Welcome to the Nerd's Guide, version 2.01. I've added 15 additional pages, including sections on how to draw blood and a checklist for post-admit patient management; an appendix on patient disposition; and digital templates for patient data collection cards.

No philosophy this time; everything below still applies. I will say, however, that events surrounding my recent graduation have only reinforced my belief in the advice described below.
