73 accredited Residency and Clinical Fellowships and dozens of non-accredited

The UCSF School of Medicine offers professional postdoctoral
programs for residents and clinical fellows, utilizing facilities in San
Francisco, Fresno, Salinas, and Santa Rosa. The first-board programs include
Anesthesia, Dermatology, Family Practice, Medicine, Neurology, Neurosurgery,
Obstetrics and Gynecology, Ophthalmology, Otolaryngology, Orthopaedic
Surgery, Pathology (Laboratory Medicine), Pediatrics, Psychiatry, Surgery
and Urology. All resident programs meet or exceed the formal standards
of the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education and the appropriate
specialty boards. Curricula are offered in 16 (17 if you count Laboratory
Medicine) disciplines.
