Network Services The UCSF campus network is supported by Enterprise Network Services and MedCenter IT. They configure, install and monitor the electronic switches that make up UCSF's network backbone. They also install and activate new network ports throughout the campus. ISU can help you troubleshoot your network problem and report the issue to the proper network service provider. To contact the Help Desk or make a request for service, please email us or call 415-502-1919 during business hours. If you and others in your department cannot access ISU servers but can
access other resources, such as the Internet, please have your Department
CSC contact ISU as soon as possible. If you and others in your department have lost your connection to the Internet and to all other campus resources, have your Department CSC contact campus ITS as soon as possible. |
