Funding to Present Scholarly Work in Global Health

To encourage scholarly work in Global Health Education, we list sources of funding to assist students in attending regional, national and international conferences to present their work.

Onward Fund

Dr. Tom Hall has generously donated funds for UCSF students to travel to international, national or regional global health conferences to present scholarly work with a global health theme or participate in proceedings. Grants are for a maximum of $500 per application, to be used for reimbursement of travel expenses only.

Conference Funds from Student Affairs

The Student Affairs Office accepts applications for UCSF students to attend conferences at which they will be presenting a poster or paper.
