Policies and Procedures Policies and procedures related to information technology are established
at different levels: Federal, State, Business Associate, UC, Campus, and
Department. ISU is responsible for developing its own procedures and policies
as needed, ensuring that its systems and practices adhere to established
policy and procedure, and informing its customers of their responsibilities
related to established rules and processes. ISU customers are responsible
for becoming familiar with and following applicable IT policies and procedures.
