ISU is committed to providing timely support for all of our applications. Below is a list of ISU supported applications and their respective support level priorities.

Serving Multiple Organizations
Confidential Tracking System Database shared by Audit, Compliance, and Human Resources to track and manage incidents. 2

PDB The Personnel Database, or PDB, is a tool for administering common tasks related to personnel management at the University of California, San Francisco. 2
Faculty Roster The Faculty Roster is a web listing of the academic employees with a current faculty title. The following groups of faculty are included in the roster: Physicians Clinicians, Non-Physician Clinicians, HSPC Faculty without clinical responsibilities, MCP Fiscal Year Physicians, Strict Full Time Pre-Clinical Faculty, Other Faculty Titles, Recall Faculty Titles. 2
Contract Tracking-Residency Revieweview Tracks post-MD training programs and provides reports for ACGME documentation. 2
Order Tracking Order Tracking, also called Financial Tracking, is a simple Access program that stores financial and vendor information for both OHRS and ISU and is maintained by Naomi Wong. 2
DatStat Research Survey Web Application Third party application. Used by UCSF researchers to conduct online research surveys. 2
Academic Affairs
Academic Employee Database The AEDB is used on a daily basis by the Office of Academic Affairs to manage SOM faculty appointments. Data is collected from Personnel Action Forms and entered into the database. 2
ACF
ACF Registration A Web based application that allows SOM faculty to make credit card transactions to apply for ACF membership or renew an existing membership. 2
Admissions
Admissions Database The AdmissionsV2 database enables processing of admissions applications. This includes applicant information tracking, undertaking actions such as the scheduling of interviews, generation of emails and print letters, and generating statistical reports from admissions data. 2
Applicant Status Web Page Provides the applicant with information about their status as an applicant and what the next step will be in the admission process. 2
CHC
CHC Website Website for the Center for Health and Community, including faculty database and event calendar. 2
Compliance
Online Risk Assessment Questionnaire A Web-based, online risk assessment questionnaire implemented by the Compliance office to be filled out by S/Med. department and division administrators. This is used to ensure departments are in compliance with federal and state regulations. 2
Project Planner and Timesheet application The application provides project and staff administration, a project timecard that tracks project details by individuals, and a reporting feature for project summary, history, etc. as well as ad hoc reporting. 2
Helpline The Compliance Helpline application comprises two components: One feature is the Access database front-end which was based on the design and functionality of the ISU HelpDesk and is used exclusively within the Compliance Office. The Helpline DB mainly tracks confidential coding questions from clients and responses from the Compliance staff. The second part consists of a simple Web form that enables a client to ask a coding helpline question online. Both Access DB data and online submitted information is captured in SQL Server tables. 2
Profee Audit Billing The Profee application is designed to allow the compliance office to extract, analyze and report on UCSFs compliance to Medical/Medicare billing rules based on data in the UCSFs medical billing data warehouse (SMS/MCB). 2
Dean's Office
DoIt (Dean's Office Invitation Tracker) Allows administrators to easily track invitations to events, send emails, and run reports. 2
Education
Academy Database Tracks information about members of the Academy of Medical Educators and provides information on Academy projects and project funding. 2
Faculty Database Database of faculty information available to the public through an online interface. 2
Student Database Database of student information used by Student and Curricular Affairs. 2
SSIS Database Manages course scheduling for third and fourth-year students, also tracks progress toward graduation, honors grades and other course information. 2
Homeless Clinic Scheduling website Website managed by volunteer students. Application provides student volunteering scheduling services for several homeless centers across the city. 2
Volunteer Database Database of student volunteers and organization contact information, searchable via Web interface. 2
Student Wellbeing Tracks student utilization of the Well-Being program and provides time-segment reports (weekly, monthly, yearly, etc.) based on student gender, ethnicity, and year in school. 2
OCBE Upload Allows OCBE to track preceptorships on Excel spreadsheets, upload them to a database, and report on them from a web application. 2
OCME Course Builder This tool is used to update and manage OCME courses that are displayed on the OCME website. 2
Finance
All Funds Analysis Initiative (ALFI) Enables Finance to view reports on departmental funding. 2
GME
Duty Hours Enables GME to track the Duty Hours Attestation for a given residency program with the aim of fulfilling ACGME requirements for programs. 2
FMG Provider Search Provides a list of family medicine providers from within FMG data. 2
Management
REAC database Tracks grants and applications for the Research Evaluation and Allocation Committee. 2
Mail Log Tracks correspondance for the Dean's Office. 2
MSTP
MSTP DB Manages admissions application process for the MSTP program. 2
OIP
Student Trip Report Enables students to apply for international study grants and file reports on their experience. 2
OHRS
Management Incentive Program Tracks goals and performance for management incentive program. 2
WINGS Enrollment Manages process for tuition reimbursement program. 2
Salary Equity Website Used by Academic Affairs to review salary equity among SOM faculty. Provides a reporting tool to determine average years and salary at step and rank for faculty titles, and to review eligibility for promotion. 2
Great People Awards Nomination Online nomination form and nomination management system for staff awards. 2
Headcount & Ledger Application used by OHRS to review staff head count for SOM. Used on an annual basis 2
Osher
OLLI online registration In conjunction with OCME website, takes registration for Osher Life Long Learning courses. The course information is hosted on the Public Affairs website, with our site taking the online registrations. 2
Meeting Trak for OCIM Online registration system for classes at the Osher Center for Integrative Medicine. 2
Psychiatry
TC3 website English/spanish stop smoking website. Focuses on online behavior modification of smokers. 2
Positive Quit website Gay/lesbian stop smoking website. Focuses on online behavior modification of smokers. 2
Iquit website Gay/lesbian stop smoking website. Focuses on online behavior modification of smokers. 2
SPAR
