Extensions
All REAC grants terminate 12 months from date of award. One year extensions
beyond this date will be granted if appropriate justification is given.
In requesting an extension, the principal investigator should write a
memo to the chair of the committee
outlining the following:
- The reason for the extension request
- Expenditures to date and budget remaining
- Proposed expenditures
Transfer of funds from one category to another requires signature approval
by the committee through the Dean's Office, School of Medicine.
