Take Highway 101 South, crossing the Golden Gate Bridge and continuing to the Lombard Street Exit. Once on Lombard , continue east for approximately a mile to Van Ness Avenue and go right (the right two lanes of Lombard will automatically merge with Van Ness). Go south on Van Ness for about 2 miles, and turn left on Fell Street . From Fell, take a right on 10th Street . 10th Street becomes Potrero as you cross Division Street , and SFGH is on your left between 22nd and 24th Streets.

From East of San Francisco (Bay Bridge)
Sake Highway 80 East, crossing the Bay Bridge. Take the 101 South/San Jose Exit and continue south on 101 to the Cesar Chavez/Potrero Street off-ramp. Stay to the right as you exit, and that lane will turn drop onto Potrero. SFGH is on your right between 24th and 22nd Streets.

From South of San Francisco
Take 101 North (or 280 North to 101 North) to the Cesar Chavez/Potrero Street exit. The exit is two lanes, then turns into three lanes. Stay in the right-most lane and that will drop onto Potrero Avenue going north. SFGH is on your right between 24th and 22nd Streets.

Parking

Street parking around the hospital is limited. Everything in a three-block radius is one-hour only, so you're safer (lower risk of $35 parking tickets) if you park in the hospital garage on 24th Street . It's about $11 for a whole day. Coming from the south or east, you'll take a right on 24th. From the north, turn left on 24th. The garage entrance is one block up on your left.
