On Doctoring discussion groups are groups that have been a part of the UCSF medical school since 1993. They are ongoing groups for each year of medical school, meeting weekly in the first and second years, then continuing monthly in the third and fourth year. A facilitator from the Medical Student Well-Being Program facilitates the groups. On Doctoring sessions are a great way to get to know other students and they provide a place to talk about your reactions to the process of becoming a physician.
