Ayman Naseri , MD (TSP 2006-2007) is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Ophthalmology and Chief of the Ophthalmology Service at the San Francisco VA. He completed his undergraduate and medical degrees at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Following an internship at the Mayo Clinic in Scottsdale, Arizona, Dr. Naseri came to UCSF for residency training in ophthalmology and a fellowship in cornea at the Proctor Foundation/UCSF. Dr. Naseri’s educational interests include surgical subspecialty curriculum development for short rotations and microsurgical teaching for residents in training.
