Teaching Scholars Program
is Assistant Clinical
Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine.
She earned her medical degree from UCSF and completed her internal medicine
residency in the UC Primary Care residency program. She is currently
the Associate Program Director for the UCSF Primary Care Internal Medicine
Program and the site director for the Moffitt-Long resident continuity
clinics. Dr. Julian is involved in creating new curricula on teaching
residents to teach. She has presented on this topic at the national
meeting of the Society of General Internal Medicine and is currently
a co-director of the Resident Teaching Fellowship at UCSF. Additionally,
Dr. Julian is working on improving faculty teaching skills using Objective
Structured Teaching Evaluations (OSTE).
