Kathryn Kocurek, MD (TSP 1999-2000) is an Associate Clinical Professor of Medicine in the Division of General Internal Medicine at UCSF. She served as Associate Director of the Primary Care Internal Medicine Residency for two years, and is a clinician in the AIDS practice. Kathryn is interested in curriculum development, educational research, and teaching at all levels of medical training. During her time away from work, Kathryn is mother of Isaac and spends a lot of time outside doing native plant restoration, camping, hiking, skiing, sea-kayaking, and bird watching with her husband, Matt, an instructor in Environmental Studies at UC Berkeley.
