Our School of Medicine server migration will be taking place from 1/9-1/12/2006. In order not to lose any of your work, we are asking you to make no changes to your sites during those three days. Please make a note of this.

After the migration, you will need to remap your V drives, and remap DreamWeaver to the new locations. I will be sure you have all the information you need to do this. As always, there are tutorials available, they will be updated with the new information. On 1/11/06, we will be holding a webworkers’ meeting to go over the changes and how they will affect you. An invitation will follow.

For those of you who have not yet cleaned up your sites, would you kindly do so before the server migration so that we may have the most organized and up-to-date version of your sites? I have gone over each site and made recommendations. Please call or email me with any questions or for assistance.
