These pages are also called 'Find' pages. Collected resources applicable to a wide-variety
of users and tasks, the find menus contain databases, lists of
policies, offices and departments. They are intended to quickly deliver
answers and links to relevant content. Individual pages accessed through the find menus are controlled
and developed by individual units, departments or faculty members. |

Most of the pages on our site are content pages. These pages have been design/redesigned in three palettes, orange for Education& Training sites, teal for Research sites and Blue for Patient Care sites. These templates offer
a unified look and feel to all of the School of Medicine website
pages.
Each site has been supplied with a content template in its palette. For a tutorial on using and implementing these pages, please see the tutorial entitled Creating and Editing Web Pages.
The content templates promote consistency in design/redesign, format and
functionality while accomodating a variety of content. The templates
and the elements within them should be used with consistency. |

Departments have a special version of the
content templates. These templates do not contain the global navigation
and have greater flexibility in layout, styles and colors. There are two banner styles available to departments. The templates
and the elements within them should be used with consistency. |
